Fast, Easy Braces- Is it Possible?

You've always wanted braces, but didn't want those ugly metal things in your mouth. Now that you're an adult, you wish you had gotten braces as a child- and want to change the way your smiles looks. You've researched dental veneers- and they sound great- but expensive.

Well- now there's a way to get fast, easy braces!  With Six Month Smiles, you can have tooth colored braces, that are hardly noticeable (the young woman in the photo has Six Month braces on- right now) and the treatment time is usually around six months or less.

Six Month Smiles truly is a way to get fast, easy braces. They use modern technology combined with proven orthodontic techniques and innovative procedures to give you fast results.

Six Month Smiles shifts the teeth that show when you smile, rather than work on your bite alignment- like regular braces. It's effective and affordable. Contact your Charlotte cosmetic dentist for a free consultation on Six Month Smiles.

Top Charlotte Dentist or Best Charlotte Dentist?

It's hard to find a dentist that right for your family. You need to consider your location, family needs, hours of availability, and the particular specialities of the dentist. When you see in the local Charlotte magazines reports of Top Charlotte Dentists or Best Charlotte Dentists- you wonder if this list is a good list to use.

Top Charlotte Dentists and Best Charlotte Dentists is a bit of a marketing campaign- basically it sells magazines. Some of the dentists listed on the Top Dentist and Best Dentist lists are truly good dentists. Unfortunately, some of those dentists listed on the Top Dentist and Best Dentist lists are not very good at their profession, they just have enough colleagues to vote for them.

So how do you figure out who's the best dentist for you?  Go to the internet, and look for Charlotte dentists in your area. Read the comments on Google Places. Go to individual websites and read what current patients are saying about them. Read some of the content on the site and decide if this Charlotte dentist is right for you.

Go to social media venues- such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook and read what your neighbors, friends and co-workers are saying about different Charlotte dentists. Then, call the Charlotte dental office of your choice, and make an appointment for a consultation. Meeting the dentist in person will help you make a good decision.

Charlotte Restorative Dentistry

Restorative dentistry refers to the restoration of natural teeth that have been damaged, decayed or missing.  Restorative dentistry includes the use of crowns and bridges. A bridge may replace one or more teeth. A crown helps restore a damaged, chipped, broken or decayed tooth to give it back its original form and strength.

Crowns and bridges are unlike dentures that can be removed from your mouth. A crown is fabricated by taking an impression and then is fixed or cemented to your tooth.  A bridge is similar in that it is a prosthesis that will span the area of missing teeth. The bridge is also fabricated from molds put in your mouth.

Some of restorative dentistry can be done in one visit to your Charlotte cosmetic dentist.

Contact Ballantyne Center for Dentistry, your Charlotte cosmetic dentist, to discuss reconstructive and restorative dentistry. Don’t worry if you don’t know the difference between a crown, veneer and a bridge- that doesn’t matter. Your Charlotte cosmetic dentist will diagnosis your issues and provide options for a treatment plan to get you the smile you want.
